Volunteering at Northwood School

If you are looking to volunteer at Northwood School (separate from the PTO) you can start the process by completing the online Google form here: Volunteer Form 

All volunteers are required to complete a background check and finger printing each school year. This includes anyone who would like to chaperone a field trip, help with field day, assist with sports, etc. Please see the attached instructions below, along with a W-9 form that can be submitted to the SAU for reimbursement.
