You’re joining a group order. Any cancellations will impact the whole order and that’s unfair to the others.
1. Submit the order form and pay via e-transfer (Interac).
2. We'll send you an email confirmation once we receive your order and payment.
3. Your order will be included in the GO, and we will send you email notification once the order has been placed. And then a follow up notification once the books have been shipped by the publisher + how much was international shipping.
4. Once the books have been scheduled for Canada Post pickup, you will receive a payment request for international and local shipping fees.
5. We will send a shipping notification along with the tracking number.
Prices cover the total price of the item upon purchase as charged by the seller (incl. fees/taxes + shipping to local warehouse) + international shipping & any customs fees (shared by everyone in the order) + a small markup.
Please keep in mind that this is mainly done on the side by folks who also have a day job, life, and other responsibilities. That said, it is a lot of work, needs supplies, as well as labor to sort, distribute, pack, and mail orders for local shipping after the consolidated order arrives in Canada. So this is to cover all that as well as the extra time we dedicate to going through this process for you while you can spend your time on something else you enjoy.
As we are starting small and are opening the GOs mostly for Canadian fans, please pay via e-transfer upon receipt of your payment request emails.
The orders will be shipped from the seller to the admins who are in Canada, so we highly recommend to please join GOs in your area instead. However, you are welcome to join if…
there is no GO in your area to join,
there is, but they don’t offer the specific item you want,
you are willing to pay much higher shipping fee as the item will first be shipped to Canada as part of everyone’s order before being shipped to your country.

Please bear in mind that we are not the makers and sellers of the items, so we do not have any say on the quality.
As with any purchase you would also normally make for yourself, anything that happens to the item from the seller to the warehouse, the warehouse to the destination country and before it gets delivered to admin’s door; as well as anything that happens after we have dropped it off at the post office and has left our hands, is beyond our control.
Most items will be packed with utmost care, but it is never a guarantee that it will be perfectly protected from damages sustained en route, due to weather conditions, or theft from porch pirates.
