• Wednesdays, 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM @ Northview Track - Intervals

• Thursdays, 4 PM- 5:15/30 PM @ Northview - Hills

• Fridays - 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM @ Northview Tennis Course - Easy Run
