Registration Information

• Registration will open March 1, 2027

• Pre-registration required (no walk-ins)

• Registration will be completed through USA Bracketing

• No USA Wrestling membership required

• Visit the North Star Wrestling Association website for registration links when available

Eligibility

• Grades K–6: Must qualify at a qualifying event

• Grades 7–8: Open division (no qualifier required)

Tournament Details

• Bracket-style tournament (when possible)

• Match Lengths:

  • K–4: 1-1-1 periods

  • 5–8: 1:30-1:30-1:30 periods

• High School Folkstyle rules

Awards

• Medals for top 6 placers in each division

• Custom award for each State Champion
