Welcome Signs Order

To order a yard sign for your incoming NPMS Student, please complete this order form and submit your payment-a limited amount remain. Signs will be available for pick up on August 12th (Walk About Day) from 3-6 pm at the PTA table. Signs are single sided and cost $22 per sign.

If we do not have this form completed along with payment, we will have a sign held for you.

Preview Our Spirit Wear

Kick off the school year in style by stopping by the NPMS PTA table on August 12. Cash, Check, Card are all accepted.

We'll have a selection of spirit wear available for cash-and-carry, but quantities, sizes, and styles are limited.

If we don't have exactly what you're looking for, don't worry! An online store will be available after Family Night so you can place an order for later delivery.

Every spirit wear purchase helps support the NPMS PTA and the program, events, and opportunities we provide for our students and staff throughout the year.

🐾2026/2027 Committee Sign Up Form

All volunteers are required to complete both forms A and B before being approved to volunteer while students are present (excluding the welcome back breakfast). We recommend completing both forms early in the school year as they may take several weeks to get approved. The link and instructions to complete both forms is below. Forms must be completed during the school year of the student attending.
