"As a covenant people, we will center our lives in the house of the Lord. We will prepare ourselves spiritually and temporally to be worthy of, and to frequently use, a temple recommend. We will look forward with anticipation to receiving the ordinances of the temple, return often to remember sacred covenants, and help others begin or resume their journey to the temple. In all our activities, we will ask: "Does this bring us closer to the temple and to the Savior? " We committ to make temple preparation and temple worship the guiding focus of our ward family."
Senior Service Missionary opportunities available:
Ogden Bishops’ Storehouse Mission has an immediate need on Friday mornings.
Qualifications: Computer skills, able to stand for periods of time, able to lift 30 lbs and able to bend and stoop.
Family History Mission from home and close to home. You could help from home by preparing and publishing records or by providing customer support or work with patrons one-on-one in a Family Search center.
Wasatch Front Service Mission: Assist the bishop in ministering to the temporal welfare needs of members. Help the members develop their self-reliance plans. Help with the spiritual progression of the members.
