Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before installing or using Northly: Digital Compass, operated by DEEPO TECHNOLOGY (HK) LIMITED.
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not install or use the Application.
Ownership: The Application, including its design, branding, user interface, software code, graphics, and trademarks, is the exclusive intellectual property of DEEPO TECHNOLOGY (HK) LIMITED and is protected under international intellectual property laws.
Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on your personal device strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes. You shall not:
Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.
Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the Application to third parties.
Interfere with or attempt to compromise the integrity or security of the Application.
Informational Purpose Only: The Application is provided solely as a general directional tool and digital compass aid. It is not intended for critical, high-risk navigation, aviation, maritime steering, or emergency search-and-rescue operations.
Environmental Interference: Compass accuracy relies on your device's hardware sensors and can be affected by electromagnetic interference, nearby metallic objects, buildings, or uncalibrated sensors. Always carry a physical magnetic compass and secondary navigation tools when undertaking outdoor activities.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE ERROR-FREE, ACCURATE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF SENSOR DRIFT OR HARDWARE INCOMPATIBILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DEEPO TECHNOLOGY (HK) LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PHYSICAL INJURY, OR PERSONAL PROPERTY LOSS) RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION OR YOUR RELIANCE ON ITS DIRECTIONAL DATA.
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Application at any time without prior notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to DEEPO TECHNOLOGY (HK) LIMITED, without regard to conflict of law principles.
