Bench Air/screen machine

Gjesdal 5 in 1 indents: top 2 rolls for taking out cracks and bottom row is wild oats rolls

Machine was built in 2021- Bench and Gjesdal older models that were stripped all the way down and rebuilt, new bearings belts and any other maintenance needed was done to them. Have build pictures on request.

Built on a skid and bolted to 32ft tilt deck trailer.

Skid has hydraulic leveling jacks and can be lifted off of the trailer.

20kw Kohler Genset with 4cyl John Deere diesel engine fully gone through by John Deere tech in 2021

Includes screens for all common crops and some extras.

Capacity; 300-400 bu/hr depending on crop type and dirtiness

Electric actuators on auger swing arms operated by remote

7 inch x 36ft electric fill auger on VFD for speed adjust with new motor this year and good tires.
