Fr. Kilcawley is the Director of the Office of Family Life for the Diocese of Lincoln, NE. He is a renowned speaker on the Theology of the Body, Human Love, and pornography addiction. In addition, he is the theological advisor for Integrity Restored.com - a non-profit organization that seeks to restore the integrity of families affected by pornography by providing education and resources to individuals, spouses, parents and clergy; to both heal and prevent wounds inflicted by the sexualized culture.

Two Platforms to Choose From (My Favorite is the Audio)
1) Video - Available on YouTube, this is a series of videos taken from a 12week course on the Theology of the Body. Each of the 12 episodes are about an hour and half in length. The video series goes a little more in depth than the audio version below.
2) Audio - Available on SoundCloud, Apple Podcasts, and Google Podcasts. These audio files are labeled Tob1a, Tob1b, Tob1c, Tob1d, Tob2a, Tob2b . . .Tob5c (final episode). Each episode averages an hour in length, making them perfect for a car ride, relaxing bath, knitting/cross stitch project, or a walk around town.

- Apple Podcasts instructions: Make sure the purple Podcasts app is downloaded to your Apple phone or iPod. Type in the search bar "Fr Kilcawley tob1a." The file should pop up under the "Episodes" section. Download or listen to the episode. If you download, you will have access on the app to the episode without cell service. You will need to search for each episode. Day 1 has four episodes (Tob1a-Tob1d), but the rest of the 5 days only have three (Tob2a-Tob2c, Tob5a-Tob5c)
