Since the app is provided to you for free, you agree that my total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to the app is limited to zero.

b. No Guarantee: I do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

b. Discontinuation of Service: I reserve the right to discontinue providing NorthFlurry or any part of the app at any time. This includes the right to remove the app from Google Play Store or any other distribution platform. In such cases, I will not be liable for any compensation, refund, or damages in connection with such discontinuation or removal.

c. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use NorthFlurry will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
