Welcome to Northernwoods Springers

Northernwoods Springers is a small home-based breeder of quality AKC English Springer Spaniels located in Northern Maine. We typically have one to two litters a year. 

English Springer Spaniels are active dogs that do best with lots of exercise, whether it’s hunting, jogging or training in agility. Springers are intelligent dogs that are happiest when working with you and respond well to training. They are sociable, friendly, and gentle dogs that are great with children especially if they are raised with children. Our puppies are born in our home where they are raised with love and handled by family and children.
