This form of treatment addresses issues deep in our bodies that are caused by misalignment, stress, lingering injuries, trauma, and repetitive motions. During this treatment session, it is crucial that communication remains open so that you do not become too uncomfortable as the deep nature of your session can sometimes bring awareness to areas that you didn’t know were holding tension or soreness. After treatment, it is common to feel sore but this is completely normal and one should drink lots of water to flush out all of the toxins that will have been released during the treatment. After you return to normal, you will feel aligned and tension free because your body is now working in a healthy and back to hemostasis way.
