Here is a slide-show from a presentation I made in February 2023 to the Range Management Society, at their Idaho meeting. 

The title is a quote from the fellow who was heating up the branding irons. There's not much more to say about that. What mattered more, that day, was getting things done. 

Fieldwork has been supported by many people in North East New Mexico who have taken time to visit with me, and by an Aspire II grant from the University of South Carolina Provost's Office and by the Darla Moore School of Business at U of SC,who would not approve of the swearing herein—see the Team section here, for example.

Occasionally, I post  few things as @cowboysangha, mostly photos of the Hi Lo, on post.news, because Twitter is a cesspool.
