Membership Requirements

Beta Alpha Psi Eligibility Criteria

Membership in Beta Alpha Psi is open to undergraduate students at Northeastern University pursuing concentrations in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems who meet the following criteria:

• Completed at least 64 credit hours.

• Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.5.

• Completed an advanced-level course (Level 3000 or higher) in their concentration.

• Participate in community service.

• Pay a $90 initiation fee; returning members are required to pay annual dues of $15.

Attendance Requirements

Members must attend at least 70% of scheduled meetings per semester unless absences are excused by the Executive Board, in line with Northeastern University's excusable absences policy.

Business Leadership Academy (BLA)

Freshmen and sophomores who do not yet meet initiation requirements can join the BLA. To remain in good standing, BLA members must:

• Attend at least 50% of meetings.

• Participate in community service.

• Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.3.

• Pay annual dues of $15.

BLA members will have access to Beta Alpha Psi meetings, events, and service opportunities.
