North County Water Polo Club is a year-round water polo program dedicated to developing athletes at every stage of their journey. We offer competitive training for 12U coed, 14U coed, 16U boys and girls, and 18U boys and girls, creating a clear pathway from foundational skill development to high-level competition.
Our program emphasizes technical fundamentals, conditioning, water IQ, and team culture preparing athletes not only to compete, but to grow in confidence, discipline, and leadership.
In addition to our youth and high school teams, we offer Masters Water Polo for adult athletes looking to stay competitive, train consistently, and remain part of the water polo community.
During the summer, we expand our impact through swim lessons and introductory clinics, helping young athletes build water safety, confidence, and the foundation needed to transition into competitive aquatics.
North County is more than a team it’s a community built on development, accountability, and opportunity.
We prioritize long-term growth over short-term wins.
Every athlete, from youth to master's, receives intentional coaching focused on skill development, conditioning, water IQ, and character. Success is measured not just in medals, but in improvement.
We show up on time. We work hard. We compete with integrity.
Athletes are accountable to teammates and coaches, and we treat opponents, officials, and families with respect. Culture wins before scoreboards do.
North County is a place to belong.
We are committed to growing the game locally, especially at the youth level, and creating accessible pathways for athletes of all ages to train, compete, and thrive.
