Nicole Garry is the full time art teacher at Davis Elementary. She holds a BFA in Studio Art and Visual Art Studies from the University of Texas at Austin. She has a K-12 Texas teaching certificate and is a National Board Board Certified Teacher in Early Middle Childhood Art. She founded North Austin Art Camps in 2004, originally teaching camps in her back yard. In 2010 she moved the camps to Davis Elementary, where she and the students benefit from the air conditioning and the school benefits from the rent paid. Mrs. Garry is the sole instructor for all camps.
