Property management services for owners

Leasing and tenant placement

We market your property, field and qualify inquiries, run showings, and place a tenant. Listings go out on the major rental platforms with professional photos and accurate, compliant descriptions.

Tenant screening

Every applicant is screened on credit, income, rental history, and background against written, consistently applied criteria. We verify income documentation rather than taking it at face value.

Rent collection and owner disbursements

We collect rent, follow up on late payments, and remit your net proceeds on a set monthly schedule with a statement showing income and expenses for the period.

Maintenance and repair coordination

We take tenant maintenance requests, dispatch trusted contractors, and oversee the work through completion. Turn work between tenancies is scheduled and managed so vacancy stays short.

Security deposit handling

Tenant security deposits are held in a dedicated trust account, separate from operating funds, and returned at lease end in accordance with Minnesota law.

Owner reporting

You get a clear monthly statement and direct access to us by email. No portal you have to learn, no waiting for a call center.
