Every birth is unique, and so is the support you deserve. My birth doula package is thoughtfully designed to provide continuous guidance, encouragement, and evidence-based support throughout your pregnancy, labour, and birth.

From our first meeting to the moment you meet your baby, I am committed to helping you feel informed, confident, and supported every step of the way.

Your package includes:

🤍 Complimentary Consultation
A relaxed opportunity for us to get to know one another, discuss your birth goals, and determine whether we're a good fit.

🤍 Two Prenatal Visits
Together we'll prepare for your birth by discussing your preferences, creating a birth plan if desired, exploring comfort measures, and answering any questions you may have.

🤍 Unlimited Phone & Email Support
From the time you're booked until your baby arrives, I'm available to answer questions, provide resources, and offer guidance whenever you need it.

🤍 On-Call Support
Beginning at 38 weeks, I remain on call for you 24 hours a day until your baby is born.

🤍 Continuous Labour & Birth Support
I'll join you in active labour and remain by your side throughout labour and birth, providing emotional support, physical comfort techniques, encouragement, and evidence-based information while supporting both you and your birth partner.

🤍 Immediate Postpartum Support
Following your baby's arrival, I'll stay with you for approximately 1–2 hours to support your transition, assist with initial feeding if desired, and help ensure you're settled before I leave.
