Nörsq Companies founder Jeff Koch has been involved in real estate investments for over 20 years. Prior to starting Nörsq Companies, Jeff was a Co-Owner of Roers Companies, a Minnesota-based real estate investment and development company. While an owner at Roers, Jeff led firm strategy in new market development and construction for Roers Cos., working closely with the firm’s development and construction management leaders to drive profitable investments in new geographic markets as well as new asset classes in the multifamily spectrum. He worked with the executive leadership team to set the vision and strategy for the company, which reached a total of $2 billion in real estate and over 10,000 units developed by 2023 under Jeffs ownership.
