As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we ensure that every dollar raised goes directly toward improving the football environment in the Roland-Story community.
MISSION: The Norsemen Gridiron Club supports the Roland-Story community football programs by developing relationships between the community, schools, and program; promoting participation among young athletes; and maintaining the funds necessary to allow the football teams to meet the goals of the program.
About the Norsemen Gridiron Club
The Norsemen Gridiron Club exists to support the entire Roland-Story football program: from the first snap of youth flag football to the final whistle on Friday nights.
Football is a resource-intensive sport. While the school provides the essentials like footballs, helmets, shoulder pads, protective gear, field upkeep, and transportation... there’s a long list of additional needs that keep a program running smoothly and at a high level.
The Roland-Story Booster Club has stepped up in big ways, helping fund jerseys, endzone cameras, and various practice tools. Parents, too, are often asked to contribute toward summer camps, team meals, and more. Coaches frequently go a step further by covering the cost of things like last-minute Gatorades, protein bars, and other player needs out of their own pockets.
That’s where the Norsemen Gridiron Club comes in.

We help eliminate financial barriers so every athlete can access off-season camps, skill-building events, and experiences that build confidence and competence.
Coach Support & Development
We invest in our coaching staff through clinics, certifications, and resources because great coaches create great environments for kids to grow.
Growing the Game & Football Culture
From youth camps and game-day events and fan engagement, we foster Norsemen football pride and inspire the next generation to love the sport.
Supplemental Program Support
We fund needs beyond the school’s budget such as gear upgrades, tech tools, field equipment, and more- ensuring our program has the tools to operate effectively and compete at a high level.
We believe in creating an environment where every student who wants to play football has the chance regardless of financial means. The Norsemen Gridiron Club ensures our football program is well-resourced, competitive, and rooted in a culture of connection, character, and competence.
