Norse Atlantic Cancellation Policy:24-Hour Refund

You may cancel your Norse booking without incurring the extra charges. Norse Atlantic 24 hour cancellation policy allows you to cancel a flight reservation within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. To be eligible for the Norse 24-hour cancellation policy, the ticket must be purchased directly via the airline's official channels, including its website, booking office, or authorized travel agents. As per the Norse Atlantic Cancellation Rules, this policy applies to all of the airline's passengers, regardless of ticket type. 

As per the Norse Atlantic cancellation policy, you may cancel your flight booking prior to your planned departure. If you book your flight one week before your scheduled departure and if you cancel your ticket within a 24-hour grace period, the airline will not charge you. Here are the major highlights of Norse Atlantic Cancellation Rules.

• The flight cancellation charges will depend on your fare type and cancellation period. 

• Economy Flextra and Premium Flextra tickets are non-refundable. 

• If you cancel your non-refundable tickets, the airline will provide you travel credit points for the remaining amount after deducting the cancellation charges. 

• As per the Norse Atlantic Cancellation Rules, the travel credit points are eligible to be used within one year. 

• If you do not use your ticket, just a portion of the government taxes are refunded. The remaining balance will be forfeited.

• Travel insurance can cover your losses if you are unable to fly.

• As per the Norse Atlantic Airways cancellation rule, only Flextra tickets are refundable in the form of a travel credit up to two days prior to departure.

• An administrative fee will be applied per passenger, under the Norse Atlantic Cancellation Rules. 

• All fares are fully refundable within 24 hours of purchase for flights departing seven or more days later.

To cancel the Norse Atlantic Airways flight ticket, follow the steps below:

Online:

• Visit the Norse Atlantic website and then select the Manage Reservation option.

• Under the “Manage Booking” tab, fill in your reservation number and last name. 

• After that, you will need to submit the reason for your flight cancellation. 

• Choose the flight and select your booking under the reservation list. 

• Before hitting the flight cancellation button, you must accept the terms and conditions. 

• Hit the “Continue” button and finish the flight cancellation charges. 

Offline:

If you need to cancel your Norse Atlantic booking offline, you may call customer service. Over the phone, available assistance will need your basic details to cancel your reservation. The basic details, such as personal details and flight reservation code. However, by visiting at the airport, you may cancel your booking, but Norse Atlantic may charge you a service fee.

You may cancel your flight booking, but you will have to pay the flight cancellation fee under the Norse Atlantic Cancellation fee rule. 

• There is no cancellation fee if your departure is seven or more days later and you cancel within the 24-hour allotted period.    

• Economy Flextra and Premium Flextra fares can be cancelled up to two days before departure, and the refund will be granted as a 12-month travel credit.

• The cancellation cost is 100% of the fare (minus any applicable government taxes) for: 

  • Flight cancellations within seven days of departure: Economy Light, Economy Classic, Premium Light, and Premium Classic. 

  • Flights cancelled less than two days before departure: Economy Flextra and Premium Flextra fare.

As per the Norse Atlantic refund policy, travelers are entitled to a refund if they meet the  Norse Atlantic refund requirements. Let's go through the Norse Atlantic refund policy in the below-given points.  

• Economy Light and Premium Light Fare

  • These fares permit you to cancel and obtain a refund within 24 hours of booking, as long as your flight is booked at least seven days before departure. The fare is no longer refundable after this time period.

  • Changes to the date or name are permitted for a cost; however, the remaining fare is non-refundable after the 24-hour allotted period.  

• Economy Classic and Premium Classis Fare:

  • Similar to Economy Light and Premium Light, these tickets can be cancelled and reimbursed within 24 hours of purchase, and flights should be at least seven days before your departure. The fare is not refundable after this time frame.

Norse Atlantic Airlines will provide you with compensation if your flight is delayed beyond your control. The delayed flight compensation depends on the distance to your final destination. 

• If the flight distance is less than 1500 km, you are eligible to request a 250 EUR in compensation. 

• You will get 400 EUR if the flight route is between 1500-3500 km.

• The airline may provide you with 600 EUR if your flight distance is more than 3500 km. 

The airline may apply no-show restrictions to your Norse reservation if you do not arrive at the airport prior to your check-in time. If a no-show restriction applies to your reservation, no need to worry. You may remove it by paying the no-show cost. The airline has a right to forfeit your entire ticket and no refund will be issued if no-show restrictions apply to your booking.
