Norme di Utilizzo delle Opere di Angelo Damiani - RSI-TV

1. Titolare dei Diritti Angelo Damiani è l'unico ed esclusivo titolare di ogni diritto d'autore e licenza relativi alle opere musicali, spot, e a tutti i contenuti sonori e audiovisivi (di seguito "le Opere") prodotti da RSI-TV e Radio Stars International.

2. Usi Liberi (Senza necessità di comunicazione)

• Sottofondo in Attività Pubbliche: È consentito riprodurre la musica come sottofondo in locali, attività commerciali (es. negozi, ristoranti), eventi pubblici o privati.

• Lavori Personali (Anche con scopo di lucro): È consentito utilizzare le Opere come colonna sonora per contenuti creati per i propri canali (es. TikTok, YouTube), anche monetizzandoli.

3. Usi Consentiti Tramite Semplice Comunicazione

• DJ Set: Sei un DJ e vuoi utilizzare il nostro repertorio per le tue serate, anche a pagamento. Puoi farlo, ti basterà comunicarci luogo e data dell'evento tramite WhatsApp al numero Tel. 3483394868.

• Diffusione Radio-Televisiva: La divulgazione tramite stazioni radio, TV o altri mezzi è consentita dopo aver comunicato il nome dell'emittente. Questa regola è valida a condizione che la specifica trasmissione che contiene le nostre musiche non generi un ricavo diretto o un compenso da terzi.

  • Esempio: Una radio crea una trasmissione, anche usando tutto il repertorio di Damiani, ma per quella specifica trasmissione non riceve alcun compenso. L'utilizzo è consentito previa comunicazione.

4. Usi Soggetti ad Autorizzazione Scritta È sempre necessaria un'autorizzazione scritta formale per i seguenti utilizzi:

• Vendita Diretta dell'Opera o parte di essa: È severamente vietato vendere, distribuire a pagamento o inserire le Opere, o parti di esse, in prodotti commerciali destinati alla vendita.

• Lavori su Commissione per Conto Terzi: È vietato utilizzare le Opere per creare contenuti per un cliente se si riceve un compenso per tale servizio (es. un videomaker pagato per creare un video promozionale).

• Trasmissioni con Ricavo Diretto: È necessaria l'autorizzazione se una trasmissione che utilizza le nostre musiche riceve un compenso specifico da terzi (es. uno sponsor che paga appositamente per quello show).

5. Comunicazioni e Aggiornamenti Le presenti norme possono subire modifiche. È responsabilità dell'utente tenersi aggiornato.

Usage Policy for the Works of Angelo Damiani - RSI-TV

1. Rights Holder Angelo Damiani is the sole and exclusive holder of all copyrights and licenses related to the musical works, commercials, and all sound and audiovisual content (hereinafter "the Works") produced by RSI-TV and Radio Stars International.

2. Free Uses (No notification needed)

• Background Music in Public Venues: You are permitted to play the music as background in venues, commercial businesses (e.g., shops, restaurants), or at public or private events.

• Personal Projects (Including for profit): You are permitted to use the Works as a soundtrack for content you create for your own channels (e.g., TikTok, YouTube), including for monetization.

3. Uses Permitted with Simple Notification

• DJ Sets: If you are a DJ and want to use our repertoire for your gigs, even paid ones, you may do so. You just need to inform us of the event's location and date via WhatsApp at +39 3483394868.

• Radio/TV Broadcasting: Broadcasting via radio stations, TV, or other media is permitted after you have notified us of the broadcaster's name. This rule is valid on the condition that the specific broadcast containing our music does not generate direct revenue or payment from a third party.

  • Example: A radio station creates a show, even one using Damiani's entire repertoire, but does not receive any payment for that specific broadcast. This use is permitted with prior notification.

4. Uses Requiring Written Authorization Formal written authorization is always required for the following:

• Direct Sale of the Work or Parts of It: It is strictly forbidden to sell, distribute for payment, or include the Works, or parts thereof, in commercial products for sale.

• Commissioned Work for Third Parties: It is forbidden to use the Works to create content for a client if you receive payment for that service (e.g., a videomaker paid to create a promotional video).

• Broadcasts with Direct Revenue: Authorization is required if a broadcast using our music receives a specific payment from a third party (e.g., a sponsor paying specifically for that show).

5. Communications and Updates These terms may be subject to change. It is the user's responsibility to stay informed of any updates.
