Norman's life can be defined by the experience he had as a bodybuilder. He started bodybuilding in 2005 and began competing at the age of 31. Norman was out of the sport for almost two decades after a very brief stint in it. He rejoined the sport in 2023 when he was 48 years old. In just five months, Norman Meier lost an impressive 60 pounds. His transformation did not end there; he even participated in bodybuilding competitions in New York in 2023 and Connecticut in June 2024.
This feat did not end with that, as he took away the trophy of 1st place from the New England Championship in the Masters 40+ Men's Physique event. Norman does not end there, however. He will again compete, this time in the Masters 50+ category in 2025, to prove the dictum that age is a number when it comes to reaching personal fitness goals.
Multilingual and Globally Oriented
Norman Meier is Swiss, so he speaks five different languages; he speaks English, French, Spanish, and German; he also speaks some Swiss German. He, through multilingual skills, built himself up to a global level career through his work in numerous countries; he communicates with all those varied cultures. Through this, through traveling and working throughout the globe, Norman's perspectives towards business as well as development of oneself have been transformed, so he adds strength to his approach at coaching or mentoring.
Private Life and Volunteer Activities
Outside of his professional success, Norman Meier is a family man: he has a wife and four children. He enjoys sports and fitness also since, among other things, he was awarded a black belt in karate, and he participated in several championships of aerobics including the World Cup. Norman volunteers part of his time in Carlsbad, CA to the San Diego County Department of Animal Services, according to his love for animals, and helping others.
