Look from which IP you have ping error. Have check power suppliers on this board. If they OK - try run software upgrade for this board only ( from service mode ) . If it will not help - have replace board. On QSS3501i PLUS can be used J391391 or J391489. Also board can test on any Noritsu QSS35xx PLUS or Fuji 7000, 7100, 7200. Fuji would be better. It has display module. Using it can see this board works or not.

Hello. Dongle works on any EZ controller - even on the latest (6.8). With Windows 8 x64 works EZ controller version 6.1 or latter and with W10 x64 - version 6.6 or latter. Also need to upgrade QSS printer to version, which supports exact Windows ( version 16.10 or latter for W8 x64 and version 18 or latter for W10 x64 ) .

Sorry, but QSS printer software has exclusion, which is not good for you. QSS-3501 i PLUS is not supported to Windows 8 and Windows 10. The latest Windows, which you can install is W7 x64 SP1. You need EZ controller 5.8 or latter and QSS Printer version 14 or latter to run on this Windows. Of course you can use the latest versions ( EZ controller version 6.8 and QSS Printer version 19 ) , but can use them only on W7 X64 SP1.

Question not about that. EZ controllers 6.6 and latter ( 6.72, 6.80 ) perfectly work on W10. Just question does QSS3501 i PLUS ( iBeam model ) really can't work on W8 and W10 ( as says Noritsu ) . Guess you didn't connect this model also. QSS35 series laser models ( QSS3501 PLUS and QSS3502 PLUS ) perfectly work on W10. QSS3501 i PLUS rare and I didn't have to install it.

Set print channel correctly. Also on EZ controller need adjust scanning services, temporary file settings, scanned image location, file format, used options, register scanner on EZ controller and etc. Ask your software provider. If they sold software they have to explain you everything. When I install software I adjust everything. If your software provider will not do it write private message and I adjust all online.

Yes, password 2260. To make EZ controller adjustments have to enter it on Ez controller. If you want make adjustments on scanner system software then doesn't matter where to enter it - can do it on Ez controller or scanner system software. You didn't tell your scanner model. To enter password have enter menu ( on EZ controller or system software ) . Then press F1 and F9 on big keyboard ( F and -1 on small Noritsu keyboard, if have it ) . On pop up box enter 2260 and press enter. Focus adjustments will find on scanner system software ( not on EZ controller ) . To adjust focus you need focus adjustment charts for each carrier ( 135, 240, 120, mounted slides ) .

It works. Right now tested on my laptop, where have installed Windows 7. Just from main window click button to open menu ( do not go forward !!! ) . Then press F1 and F9 and enter 2260. This way will be enabled service mode on EZ controller and scanner system software.

Thanks. I know how to open or convert on Windows and question not about that. It is strange, that EZ controller can't open them. ( even the latest - version 7 ) . As far as I know .heic quite popular in USA, so should be some other method than conversion. When have few files they can be converted, but when have many of them it is not comfortable. It is strange, that software which can open ,raw, trz , .prm and many other picture files can't do the same with .heic.

Noritsu versions are different, than on Fuji. It doesn't mean that EZ controller has only 7 versions. Just now version 7.00 is the latest. Really do not know how many versions released. For example when we are talking about version 6 then where 6.00, 6.02, 6.10, 6.20, 6.30, 6.40, 6.50, 6.60, 6.70, 6.71, 6.72, 6.80 and 6.81.

Sorry, but when we are talking about Fuji then EZ controller can be installed on Fuji LP-7xxx series minilabs ( from LP-7000 to LP-7900 ) and on DL-4xx series dry printers ( from DL-400 to DL450 and DL-42SD ) . These printers and minilabs are made by Noritsu.

On 7.20 added new camera support, but software still can't open many .jpg files ( which can't open Windows photo viewer ) . EZ controller successfully opened Huawei Mate 20 lite with SNE-LX1 camera and Huawei P20 Pro CLT-L29 files ( .jpg exif 0210 ) . Windows photo viewer can't open them. But EZ controller didn't open Xiaomi Mi 9T, .jpg EXIF 0220, Xiaomi Mi 9T jpg EXIF 0220, Xiaomi Mi 9T jpg EXIF 0220, Huawei P20 EML-L29 jpg, Huawei P20 EML-L29 jpg, Huawei P20 EML-L29 jpg, Canon EOS R jpg EXIF 0231, Canon EOS 250D jpg EXIF 0231

On 7.20 added many cameras, if compare with 7.00. Sorry, but list was not provided. Many new files can be opened, but some still can't. Even similar cameras files can be opened, or not. EZ controller can open any file, which can open Windows Microsoft Photo Viewer, or added file support on EZ controller.

Many times saw it. Even EZ controller re-instillation doesn't help. Reset Windows ( choose to remove all software and files ) . Then update Windows to latest build of W10 x64 PRO 21H1. After that install EZ controller and all software, which you need. Load EZ controller backup and all settings should return.

I had this problem with version 20H1 on a new PC, I tried using updated sentinal software which didn't help. In the end I had to do a Windows reset, did all the Windows updates which updated to version 20H2 and then loaded EZcontroller and it all worked.

Does anyone have any ideas what the limitations are for version 6.6 of the ezcontroller software. I've been trying to install it for days now on a brand new computer. I have the following specifications in the image attached. Any idea if something here could be interfering with the software. It seems that the software installs, but the dongle isn't being recognized. The EZController launcher keeps asking to attach the key and click ok, but then nothing happens and it asks the same question again after a minute or so. 2351a5e196
