Share a Cart
Key things to know:
Easy way to share a suggested cart with customers, family & friends.
The carts can then be edited by customers and they can check out on their own.
Add an items on "AutoSave" for your customers and when they check out, they'll automatically be signed up!
If you have a "Shop Offer" turned on, you can add it to a cart and share it.
You must have Office Suite to share a cart.
Wishlists
Key things to know:
Customers can simply hit the ❤️ next to an item to add it to their Wishlists
Consultants can see their customers wishlists by going to "My Contacts" and under "Filters" - choose "Products" > "Has Wishlist". A full list of all customers who have an item on their wishlist will pull up. (ASK STEPHANIE HOW TO SEE the Items)
You can also search under "My Contacts" to see who has a specific item on their wishlist.
Consultants can have a Wishlist of their own and it's visible under their "Profile & Account" section.
You must have Office Suite to see your customers Wishlists.
Shop Offers
Key things to know:
Shop Offers are pre-set offers that you can share with your customers.
Turn a Shop Offer on to have it visible to anyone who comes to your site.
Attach them to "Share A Cart" when you have the Shop Offer turned on.
If you don't have a Shop Offer turned on your site, you can still use them when you are checking out for your customer in your Back Office.
You must have Office Suite to use Shop Offers.
Filters
Key things to know:
Filters are a great way to sort through information in your Back Office
They're available on Orders, Contacts, BrightStart Reports as well as the TRM
