Standard Process Service Rates*

All services include a complimentary phone consultation. 

• Standard Rates (3 attempts over 14 days) for San Diego: $90

• Standard Rates outside of San Diego: $110 - $130 (adjustable based on address location)

• Rush Order for San Diego (3 attempts over 3 days): $155 

• Priority Rates outside of San Diego (3 attempts over 3 days): $170 - $195 (adjustable based on address location) 

• Restraining Order: Standard (over 14 days) $160

• Restraining Order: Priority (over 3 days) $200

• Filing: $65 completed in 3 business days

• Filing, Same Day: $85

• Document Preparation: $90

• Skip Trace: $55

*Rates are per individual served. If more than one individual is being served at the same location, there is an additional fee per person.

** Includes surveillance of one location. Multiple locations will incur additional fees
