Postgraduate vacancies

Looking for passionate and independent MSc candidates with strong background in chemical or electrical engineering.

Research area

Process integration, renewable energy systems, process planning and design, process control, process modelling

 

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering/Electrical Engineering from recognised institution at the time of the recruitment, with minimum CGPA 3.30/4.00 or 2nd Class Upper Division. Candidates who are highly motivated and possess good communication skills are highly desirable. 

Allowance

Not available. Candidates are expected to secure any possible sponsorship or support their own study by registering as part-time students.

Project #1: P-graph approach for optimal design of hybrid power systems (1 VACANCY)

Project #2: Automated targeting model for hybrid power systems design based on Power Pinch Analysis (1 VACANCY)

Project#3: Development of underground pumped-hydro storage for hybrid power systems (1 VACANCY)

Project#4: Optimal cold energy recovery of liquefied natural gas (LNG) via Pinch and Exergy Analysis (1 VACANCY)
