PhotoCleaner – Terms of Use

Thank you for using PhotoCleaner, a product of NOONUS LTD. (“Noonus”, “we”, “us”).
By downloading or using PhotoCleaner, you understand and accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Free App
PhotoCleaner is free to download and use. This version does not offer In-App Purchases, paid upgrades, trials, or auto-renewable subscriptions. There is no paywall and no purchase is required to use the features in this app.
The Service
PhotoCleaner helps you review and clean up photos and videos stored on your device, including duplicates, similar items, screenshots, blurred photos, and large files. Processing is performed on your iPhone or iPad.
Photo Library and On-Device Processing
The app requests access to your Photo Library (and, if you use camera features, the Camera) so it can scan, preview, and — only when you confirm — delete or export items you select.
Analysis and editing run on your device. We do not upload your photos or videos to Noonus servers.
You decide which items to keep or delete. Deletion uses Apple’s photo library APIs. Deleted items may go to Recently Deleted on your device, according to iOS/iPadOS behavior.
You are responsible for backing up important photos before deleting them. Noonus is not responsible for data loss resulting from deletions you confirm in the app.
Basic Terms
You may not use PhotoCleaner for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You agree to comply with applicable local laws.
You must not copy, create a derivative work of, or modify another app to falsely imply that it is associated with PhotoCleaner or Noonus Ltd.
You must not interfere with or disrupt the app, related services, or networks, including by transmitting worms, viruses, or other destructive code.
You must not, in using the app, intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
General Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue PhotoCleaner for any reason, including by posting an updated version of the app.
Noonus Ltd. may update these Terms by posting the revised Terms at this page. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may refuse or limit use of the service where reasonably necessary to protect users, the app, or our rights.
Disclaimer
PhotoCleaner is provided “as is”. Duplicate, similar, blurred, and other detections are estimates and may not be perfect. Always review items before you delete them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noonus Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of photos, videos, or other data arising from your use of the app.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this app to:
Access photos or data that you do not have the right to access;
Infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights of others;
Impersonate any person or entity, including Noonus Ltd., or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the app except as allowed by applicable law.
Fees
There is no charge to use this version of PhotoCleaner. Because there are no In-App Purchases in this app, there are no in-app refunds. If Apple ever charges you for the app itself, any refund request must be made to Apple.
Copyright
All rights, title, and interest in PhotoCleaner (excluding photos and videos that belong to you) remain the exclusive property of Noonus Ltd. and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms gives you a right to use the PhotoCleaner or Noonus name, trademarks, logos, or other brand features.
Your photos and videos remain yours. Feedback or suggestions you send us may be used by Noonus without obligation to you.
