CCTV System

This project is used to monitor the rooms in my home while I'm away, utilising the MotionEyeOS software settings and onboard AI to monitor the live feed of images for any changes, trigger the Raspberry Pi camera to record and if wanted, upload a live stream to the cloud for safe offboard storage. As well as record intruders the software can be configured to trigger a Python script when an intruder is detected as well as a multitude of additional features.

Install the software

The MotionEyeOS software is a standalone Linux OS which can be installed on a Raspberry Pi or similar computer, and turns that computer into a CCTV camera.
