[4] Project Progress Monitoring System (PPMS)
The objective of this project was to develop a Project Progress Monitoring System (PPMS) in order to monitor the work progress and financial of the Metropolitan Rapid Transit (MRT) Green line project (Mo Chit - Saphan Mai - Khu Khot section). This system can report the project progress in high level and visualize the information in different forms (e.g. Bar chart, Gantt chart, and Critical path), to support an executive manager for a decision-making effectively.
Position: Business Analyst, A2P Solution Co., Ltd.
Result: Web-based application
[5] Engineering Design
This work focuses on design and develop a comprehensive framework based on Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) perspective in order to support engineering designer for specifying, analyzing, and designing a design concept of the system models during early stage of design process.
Position: Researcher, Aalto University
Results: Publications and Software application
Funding: This project was fully funded by United States Department of Defense (U.S. DoD). The contract number is N: N61340-14-C-1015.
[6] Engineering Tool to Optimize the Modularity in Products
This work was to develop software using a Dependency Structure Matrix (DSM) and Graph Theory to decompose a product into modules, and making it more design-efficient using heuristic search based on Genetic Algorithm and the Minimum Description Length (MDL) principle.
Position: Researcher, Strategic Software Solutions Co., Ltd.
Result: Software (This software is used as one of the examples in a textbook, Design Structure Matrix Methods and Application, The MIT Press, 2012)
[7] Real time Eye Gaze tracking using basic Webcam
This work was to design and to develop a real-time eye gaze tracking system using off-the-shelf web camera and digital image processing to measure the gaze point from the subject and then analyses of how subject interact with a product. Computer vision technique was used to detect face area, eye region, and eye features (e.g., iris center and the inner eye).
Position: Researcher, Strategic Software Solutions Co., Ltd
Result: Software (Prototype)
