ImpactED is proud to partner with The Barra Foundation & The Patricia Kind Family Foundation to offer the Nonprofit Leaders’ Circle!

The Nonprofit Leaders’ Circle (NLC) launched in 2020 with support from the Barra Foundation to help meet the unique and complex needs of nonprofit leaders in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. Since then, the NLC has served as a growing community of practice for Philly nonprofit leaders focused on learning, relationship-building and collaboration across the sector. 

The NLC’s core commitment is to be highly-responsive to the needs, goals and interests of Philly nonprofit leaders. To this end, the NLC program team constantly engages with nonprofit leaders across Philly to keep a pulse on the biggest needs and challenges they are facing, and use data to inform the design and delivery of NLC program offerings. The NLC advisory committee provides ongoing guidance and consultation to the NLC program team on the selection of program elements as well as the overall strategy of the NLC. At the end of the day, the programming we provide is only successful if it is truly useful and meaningful to those who engage in it.

Collaboration and partnership are central to the NLC. ImpactED partners with a diverse mix of consultants, coaches, facilitators and subject matter experts to deliver creative, engaging, and meaningful programming. We also seek opportunities to collaborate with additional funders and capacity-strengthening providers in an effort to align support and maximize resources. Through this collaboration and partnership, the NLC can help ensure that Philly nonprofit leaders have the resources, support and relationships they need to thrive.*
