Welcome to the
Nonprofit Leaders' Circle
A Community of Practice for
Philly’s Mission-Driven Leaders
ImpactED is proud to partner with The Barra Foundation to offer the Nonprofit Leaders’ Circle!
The Nonprofit Leaders’ Circle (NLC) launched in 2020 with support from the Barra Foundation to help meet the unique and complex needs of nonprofit leaders in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. Since then, the NLC has served as a community of practice for nonprofit leaders that connects leaders meaningfully with their peers across the sector for learning, resource-sharing and collaboration. ImpactED partners with a diverse mix of capacity-building providers, facilitators and subject matter experts to deliver programming and support that is highly responsive to the needs, goals and interests of leaders.
In collaboration with other capacity-building providers across the city, the NLC can help ensure that Philly nonprofit leaders have the resources, support and relationships they need to thrive and sustain themselves and their teams:
Peer Community Groups. Peer Community Groups provide a unique space for nonprofit leaders to come together in a community of support to share and solve challenges while elevating collective experience, wisdom and perspective.
Wellbeing Series. A year-long series that supports nonprofit leaders and staff to manage and sustain their own wellbeing and build cultures of wellbeing in their workplaces.
Convenings. In-person gatherings of NLC members held twice per year that create space for connection, learning and good food through collaborative discussion and problem-solving.
The full program overview can be found here. It includes more information on the program’s design, structure, important dates, as well as contact information for members of the program team.
