For this project, I worked with three groups of students to analyze a dataset from the Archaeal Proteome Project (ArcPP, for the halophile archaeon Haloferax volcanii) on properties of proteins, peptides, and their mass spectrometric identification, using data visualization techniques. This work was done in collaboration with Dr. Stefan Schulze (RIT, School of Life Sciences).
