What's Going On? No Monroe Advocacy Group Gives Township Proposed Text Amendments.
In July & August, No Monroe Data Center grassroots leaders worked with Dillsburg Area Residents for Responsible Growth leadership to draft proposed text amendments to the township's data center ordinance. This would bring the language up to current day's standards and be comprehensive. The draft was given to the Supervisors, as well as the Planning Commission. Currently, the Solicitor and Engineer are reviewing and providing their recommendations to the Planning Commission.
