• Account Information: If you choose to create an account, we collect your Email Address and Password (encrypted) to provide secure access to your tasks across devices.

• Tasks and Labels:

  • Guest Mode: If you use the App as a guest, your tasks, labels, and notes are stored locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers.

  • Registered Users: For users with an account, your tasks and labels may be synchronized with our secure database to ensure you can access them after logging in or switching devices.

• Analytics Data: If enabled in settings, we use Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics (e.g., which features are used most) to help us improve the App. This does not include the content of your tasks.

Data Collected by Third Parties

We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

• Google AdMob: We display advertisements. Google may collect and use your device's Advertising ID (AAID) for ad personalization and analytics.

• Firebase Authentication: Used to manage user sign-in and account security.

2. Permissions

To provide its core functionality, the App requests the following permissions:

• Notifications: To send you alerts for your scheduled tasks.

• Alarms & Reminders: To schedule exact alarms so you never miss a deadline.

• Internet & Network State: To sync account data, fetch advertisements, and send anonymous analytics.

• Post Notifications (Android 13+): To ensure you receive task reminders on newer Android versions.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

• Guest Data: All local data is permanently deleted when you exit Guest Mode or clear the App's data from system settings.

• Account Data: You can request account deletion at any time by contacting us. Logging out will clear local copies of your data from the device for security.

4. Service Providers

We use trusted third-party services:

• Google Play Services

• AdMob

• Firebase

5. Security

We value your trust and use commercially acceptable means of protecting your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
