8. Optional Beginner AI Assistant — added October 25, 2026
The optional assistant explains how to use NominaRD. Before sending the first question in an assistant session, the app asks for permission and identifies Groq as the third-party AI provider. If you agree, your typed question and relevant app-use instructions are sent through our authenticated backend to Groq to generate a reply. Employee files, payroll records and store details are not automatically included. Please do not enter real employee names, identification numbers, payroll amounts, passwords or API keys.
We do not save assistant questions or replies in the business database. Groq inference zero data retention is enabled for this service. Groq privacy information: https://groq.com/privacy-policy/ . The assistant cannot access business records or change payroll, employee records or tax settings. Its replies are usage guidance, not payroll calculations or tax advice. You can decline AI sharing and continue using the bundled fixed help. Fixed help remains available when the AI service is unavailable or its quota is exhausted. 新手助手用于解释 NominaRD 的操作方法。在每次打开助手后的首次提问前，App 会说明第三方 AI 服务商为 Groq，并征求你的同意。同意后，你输入的问题及相关软件操作说明会经由我们的身份验证接口发送给 Groq，用于生成回答。不会自动附带员工档案、工资记录或门店资料。请勿输入真实员工姓名、证件号码、工资金额、密码或 API 密钥。
我们不把助手问题和回答保存到业务数据库。本服务已启用 Groq 推理接口零数据保留设置。Groq 隐私信息：https://groq.com/privacy-policy/ 。助手不能访问业务记录，也不能修改工资、员工资料或税费设置；回答仅为操作建议，不负责工资计算或提供税务意见。你可以不同意发送问题，继续查看 App 内置固定帮助。AI 不可用或额度用完时，固定帮助仍可使用。如有问题或数据请求，请联系 plazamelinda28@gmail.com。
