1. License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on a device that you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable App Store rules.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
Exploit any part of the App commercially without permission
2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The App may offer optional in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to additional features.
By purchasing a subscription or digital content:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
All billing and refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies.
We do not directly process payments or store billing information.
3. No User Data Retention
We do not create user accounts and do not retain personal data from users within our own systems. Any data generated through the App remains stored locally on the user’s device unless otherwise clearly stated.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design elements, graphics, software code, trademarks, and other materials within the App are owned by the developer and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no guarantees that:
The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
The App will meet all user expectations
Any defects will be corrected immediately
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the App.
7. Modifications to the App or Terms
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
