The mission of the Sheriffs Office Professionalism & Ethics Division (P.E.D.) is to conduct thorough, timely, and impartial investigations of alleged misconduct by the members of the Blaine County Sheriffs Office. These investigations will be appropriately documented in a legal and ethical manner. The P.E.D. is staffed by department supervisors chosen by the Commissioner of the State Troopers. These chosen members investigate all complaints submitted using the PED Complaint Form, and issue appropriate meditative actions to combat misconduct.
