• 50% down payment is required to be fully reserves.

• Balance, Security Deposit of Php 2,000 and one (1) Valid ID are required upon check-in.

• Mode of Payment via Bank Transfer and GCASH only.

• All dates remain open for other inquiries until the deposit is received.

• Additional Php 1,000 for every succeeding hour (maximum of 2 hours) *subject on availability

• Additional Php 2,000 for every succeeding hour for glass pavilion only.

• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

• We will not acknowledge any reservation through a third party.

• Guests who stay in half-day or pass by will consider it a DAY TOUR. Please see the day tour rate.

• Rebooking of reservation can only be made 10 days prior to your schedule.

• Rebooking of reservation can only be done ONCE with no additional charges.

• Attempt to rebook for the 2nd time, DOWN PAYMENT will be forfeited.

• Booking extensions or reservations are subject to the availability of your preferred date.

• For cancellations of booking, down payments are non-refundable.

Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult

• Diving, Littering, Smoking, Eating, and Drinking is NOT ALLOWED IN POOL AREA.

• Proper swimwear is a must

• Shower before entering the pool

• Swim at your own risk (NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY)

• Always be careful, when the floor is wet

• Children in diapers must wear swimming diapers designed for immersion in water

• Any glass containers are prohibited in pool area

• Accidentally or intentionally throwing of food, drinks and vomiting in the swimming pool/ Penalty Php 5,000 (five thousand pesos)

• In any event of unforeseen accident happened due to non-compliance of rules and regulation of swimming pool and jacuzzi usage, NPR management is not liable nor obligated to provide any monetary compensation.

Additional charges

• Dry Sauna: Php 500 (good for 2 PAX) for 15 mins.

• Videoke: Php 500 from 3pm - 9pm only

• Billiard: Php 250 for the whole stay

• Darts: Php 150 for the whole stay

• Brick Oven: Php 500 for the whole stay

• Gas Tank: Php 300 for the whole stay

• Cottage / Bar Area : Php 1,500 for DAY TOUR only.

Additional charges

• Bottle / Can per case : Php 400

• Liquor bottle per litre : Php 200

• Bottle/Can less than 10 pcs : Php 150

• Inflatable playground : Php 2,500

• Outside catering: Php 3,000

The guest(s) cannot hold Nokori Private Resort, liable from suit, actions, damages and expenses in connection with personal injury, illness or property damage or theft resulting from the use of any facility at Nokori Private Resort.

• The payment of rental fess DOES NOT INCLUDE intentional nor accidental damage to equipment or any part of the facilities.

• The users shall be accountable for any damage to NPR or the loss of equipment in NPR if it is established that such damage or losses occurred during the period NPR was reserved.

• Upon inspection of NPR after any use of facility or event, any loss or damage incurred will be to the account of the last users. ALL users are enjoined to report any loss or damage discovered within the venue premises prior to or after the use
