  Noen ("the App") is developed and published by Ruykin ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting your

  privacy.

  1. Information We Collect

  We do not collect personal information. Noen does not require an account, login, or registration.

  The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

  • Game progress (completed puzzles, streaks, best times)

  • Settings preferences (theme, sound, haptics)

  • Current game state (for resuming interrupted games)

  This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.

  2. Advertising

  Noen uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use certain data to serve relevant ads,

  including:

  • Device identifiers (advertising ID)

  • IP address

  • General location (country/region level)

  • App usage data

  This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy

  (https://policies.google.com/privacy). You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings.

  3. In-App Purchases

  Noen offers optional in-app purchases (remove ads, hint packs, puzzle packs). These transactions are processed entirely

  by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not collect or store any payment information.

  4. Analytics

  We may use analytics services to understand how the App is used in aggregate. This data is anonymous and cannot be used

  to identify individual users.

  5. Children's Privacy

  Noen is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App does not

  require any personal data to function.

  6. Data Storage and Security

  All game data is stored locally on your device using encrypted local storage. We do not operate any servers or databases

  that store user data. If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data will be deleted.

  7. Third-Party Services

  • Google AdMob — advertising (https://policies.google.com/privacy)

  • Apple App Store / Google Play Store — app distribution and in-app purchases

  8. Your Rights

  Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. You can clear all locally

   stored game data by uninstalling the App.

  To opt out of personalized ads:

  • iOS: Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising → Turn off Personalized Ads

  • Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization

  9. Changes to This Policy

  We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
