2. Who can use this App

The App is intended for authorized internal users only. Accounts are created and provided by your organization. Users cannot freely sign up.

3. Data we collect

A) Account / Identity (internal use)

• User identifier provided by your organization (e.g., employee ID or internal username)

B) Location (with permission)

• Approximate or precise location (depending on device settings) to support location-based features such as [check-in / attendance / on-site verification].
  
  

• Location is accessed only when the user grants permission.
  
  

C) Camera (with permission)

• Camera access to support features such as [face verification / scanning / capturing evidence images].
  
  

• The App only accesses the camera when the user actively uses camera features.
  
  

D) App analytics & diagnostics (Firebase)

• Crash reports, performance data, and basic usage analytics through Google Firebase (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics / Analytics), such as:

• Camera permission: you can allow/deny camera access.
  
  

If you deny permissions, some features may not work as intended.

We use reasonable security measures to protect data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Children’s privacy

The App is intended for internal organizational use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
