PRIVACY POLICY AND GOOGLE USER DATA POLICY

This document describes how personal data is managed for users of the application [INSERISCI NOME APP], with specific reference to integration with Google services.
1. DATA CONTROLLER
The Data Controller is Samuele Guadagnini, who can be contacted for any clarification or request at the following email address: samudev.applab@gmail.com.
2. GOOGLE ACCOUNT ACCESS AND GOOGLE DRIVE USE (GOOGLE API SERVICES USER DATA POLICY)
Our application requires authentication via the user's Google Account for the sole purpose of providing backup and restore functionality for the application's data.
- Account Access: The app uses the secure OAuth 2.0 protocol to connect to the user's Google account. The application NEVER has access to the user's login credentials (password), which remain protected by Google.
- Google Drive Utilization: The app requests limited access to the user's Google Drive storage space. This access is exclusively used to create an application-specific folder, save backup files generated by the user, and allow their subsequent restoration within the app.
- Storage and Sharing: The application does not store backup data on external or third-party servers. Files remain within the user's personal Google Drive space. The application does not sell, share, or transmit files on Google Drive or Google account data to third parties.
Google API Limited Use Disclosure:
Nodino's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data will never be sold to third parties, or used for advertising, tracking, or profiling purposes.Â
3. OTHER DIRECTLY COLLECTED DATA
Apart from the backup system on Google Drive, the application is designed not to directly collect any personally identifiable user data (such as name, phone number, or contacts) on its own systems.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The application integrates with services provided by Google. Links to the privacy policies of the respective third-party providers are listed below:

5. USER RIGHTS AND PERMISSION REVOCATION
Users can exercise their rights under the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) at any time. Furthermore, users can revoke the application's access to their Google account and Google Drive at any time directly through their Google Account security settings (under "Third-party apps with account access").
6. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy to adapt it to new app features or legislative updates.
