Candle magick that shimmers with soul carries its own personality and comes with a backstory.
Every different color aligns with a specific intention, sits on a base of crystals, and is infused with corresponding essential oils, herbs, and/or flowers. Each candle comes with its own unique sigil, sacred numerology numbers, and a correlating affirmation for mental self-love. A ritual or ceremony action and spell are also included with candles, depending on the purpose of the candle's power.
A candle suited for various tasks at hand for a solitary witch: spells on the go, a quick blessing or prayer, protection, offerings, shadow work, ritual clarity, or just a soothing bath, to name a few.
No preparation or planning.
No altar mess. No cleanup.
No time loss.
These candles all started out in the most unglamorous way. Me, cleaning up my altar after a blessing and offerings ceremony, staring at this little pile of all the extra magick that’s going to go to waste. Herbs, ashes, and bits of crystal dust dancing around, sparkling on the cloth. I hated always wasting these leftovers. I guess this time the extra bits were just too pretty; I couldn’t bring myself to throw them away. I truly felt bad.
So, I melted a bit of wax and folded everything into the pot. I realized I’d made a candle that carried the whole ritual inside it. No waste. No loss. All ceremony ingredients in one. That was the moment I knew I’d created something more magickal than I’d originally envisioned. This was Alter Embers.
