Noctivelle Music is an offline audio player supported by advertising. This policy explains how the app handles information.
Information handled by the app
With your permission, Noctivelle Music reads audio metadata and audio files stored on your Android device so it can display and play your local music. This may include song titles, artists, albums, durations, album artwork, and local
file locations.
Favorites and app preferences are stored locally on your device.
Local music information
Noctivelle Music does not upload or remotely store your audio files, media metadata, favorites, or listening history.
Advertising
The app uses the Appodeal advertising SDK to request and display interstitial ads. Appodeal and participating advertising partners may process information such as device or advertising identifiers, IP address, general device
information, app interactions, ad interactions, and diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, security, and regulatory compliance.

The app does not request precise or approximate Android location permission for advertising.
Permissions
- **Music and audio/storage:** used to discover and play audio files selected from your device's shared media collection.
- **Notifications:** used to show playback controls while music is playing.
- **Foreground service:** used to continue audio playback when the app is not visible.
- **Internet and network state:** used to request and display advertising and determine whether a network connection is available.
You may revoke optional permissions through Android Settings. Revoking music access prevents the app from discovering and playing the shared audio library.
Children
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.
Security and retention
Media access and preferences remain under the device's Android security and backup settings. Favorites are retained until cleared, the app's data is erased, or the app is uninstalled. Advertising partners apply their own security and
retention practices as described in their policies.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be reflected by updating the effective date and the published policy.
