July 3. 3 of our puppies have found their forever home. The only boy has been claimed so as of right now, we only have 6 girls left.
July 11. Puppies are growing and getting much bigger. They are 11 days old and Red actually opened her right eye today!! They love to cuddle with each other and be close to their momma. Soon enough they will be running and being nothing but active and playful little pups!!
July 24. All the puppies have opened their eyes between the 12th and 15th day. They are all learning how to walk and even started exploring our living room floor! Their personality is really starting to come out. They love playing with each other, taking naps and drinking their momma's milk, although they seem to always be hungry so we had to start supplementing with puppy formula. Most recent adventure on the 23rd was spending a few minutes outside and exploring the grass in our fenced in back yard. Some of the puppies are developing lighter eyebrows so the tricolor marks are slowly starting to pop out. The final coat transition will start appearing around 6 weeks and it can continue to change until they reach their 1st birthday. If the puppy carries the Poodle fading gene, the dark black tones might start to clear, lighten into silver/gray, or turn into a softer beige/tan.
August 11. Our sweet puppies are officially 6 weeks old!!! Each one is developing such a fun and unique personality. Some are playful little adventurers who are always ready to explore, while others are ultimate cuddle bugs who just want to be loved and held. They are all growing into happy, confident, playful, and incredibly lovey pups. They also had their first round of vaccines and dewormer. They handled everything like little champs.
August 28. As of the 26th, puppies are 8 weeks old and they are ready to go to their homes. It's hard to believe how quickly the time has gone. 5 out of the 9 puppies have already found their forever homes. Each one has developed such a unique personality, but they all have one thing in common - they absolutely love people. They love cuddling, giving kisses, getting attention, and soaking up every bit of love they can get. They also have so much fun playing with each other! From chasing and wrestling to playful puppy zoomies, there is never a dull moment when this crew is together. They truly maek every day a little brighter and our hearts a little fuller.
