This privacy policy applies to the “Tap Jump Dash - No Birds Harmed” app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices or desktop computers. This Application has been published by “Ali Gilani” (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service on mobile devices and may be as Paid Application on desktop computers. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Your privacy is important to us, and we strive to be transparent about the minimal data we handle.

1.      Data Collection and Storage:

The Application does not collect or store any form of private data, information, or location from user when user download and use it.

If you send us an E-mail to our given support email address your E-mail of course is stored on the email service provider’s server. If you want us to delete your E-mails you can request us by sending email on our support email address.

We don't share any of your E-mails or E-mail addresses with anybody. We don't store your E-mail address in any database.

2.      Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or store any personal data from users.
We do not use any advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs (like Firebase), or tracking tools.
We do not require or collect names, emails, contact details, or device identifiers.

3.      Game-Generated Data

When you launch the game:

a)      UserID: When you first launch the Game, it automatically generates a random, anonymous UserID. This UserID is associated with your installation of the Game on your device and is used solely to identify your progress and scores for the leaderboard feature. This UserID is stored locally on your device.

b)     Username: The Game automatically generates a random username for you. You have the option to change this username to one of your choice. This username is displayed publicly on the global leaderboard. Please be mindful not to use personally identifiable information in your chosen username if you decide to change it.

c)      Game Progress Data: The Game stores your progress, including your score, coins collected, and current level ("Game Progress Data"), locally on your device. These are used only to track your local gameplay progress. If the app is deleted, all game data, including scores, coins, and the user ID, is permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

4.      Leaderboard Functionality (via LootLocker)

To provide a global leaderboard feature, we use a third-party service called LootLocker.

• Data Shared with LootLocker: To make the leaderboard function, the following information is sent to and stored on LootLocker's servers:

a)       Your anonymous UserID (generated by the Game)

b)       Your Username (either randomly generated or chosen by you)

c)       Your Game Progress Data (score, coins, current level)

• Purpose: This information is used by LootLocker solely to operate and display the global leaderboard rankings for all players of the Game.

• Anonymity: While this data is linked to your unique UserID for the purpose of the leaderboard, we do not collect information that directly links this UserID or username to your real-world identity or your specific device in a way that allows us to personally identify you.

• LootLocker's Privacy Policy: LootLocker is an independent service provider. Their collection and use of your data are governed by their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review LootLocker's Privacy Policy to understand their data practices: https://lootlocker.com/privacy-policy

• We are not responsible for the data handling practices of LootLocker.

If you uninstall the game, your leaderboard profile becomes unlinked and unrecoverable.

5.      Children:

This Game is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under this age. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us via email to us on ali.gilani.8@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

6.      Security:

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

7.      Your Rights:

Under GDPR, you have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint.

8.      Your Consent:

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.

9.      Changes:

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
