NoBeep is developed and maintained by Utkarsh Shendge (Cpark). This application is provided at no cost and is intended to be used as-is.
We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how NoBeep works, what data it accesses, and how that data is used.
NoBeep does not require users to create an account and does not ask for personally identifiable information such as name, email address, phone number, or credentials.
All core app data — including blocking rules, schedules, preferences, and app selections — is stored locally on the user’s device only.
NoBeep does not operate any backend servers and does not store user data remotely.
NoBeep uses Android’s Accessibility Service permission solely to enable its core functionality of blocking selected apps and websites, as explicitly configured by the user.
The Accessibility Service is used to:
Detect when a blocked app is opened
Detect navigation to blocked websites in supported browsers
Display a blocking screen when restricted content is accessed
The Accessibility Service is not used to:
Read personal messages, emails, or private content
Capture keystrokes, passwords, or inputs
Perform actions on behalf of the user
Monitor activity outside of app and website blocking
This permission is disabled by default, enabled only with explicit user consent, and can be revoked at any time via system settings.
NoBeep uses Android’s Usage Stats permission to:
Display a list of installed applications
Show app usage duration to help users understand and manage their usage habits
Usage data is accessed only on the device and is never transmitted externally. This permission is not used for real-time monitoring or background tracking.
NoBeep displays advertisements using Google AdMob.
AdMob may collect certain information such as device identifiers and interaction data to serve and measure ads, in accordance with Google’s privacy policies.

NoBeep offers optional premium subscriptions. Subscription purchases are processed using RevenueCat, a third-party service for managing in-app purchases and subscriptions.
RevenueCat may process purchase-related data necessary to manage subscriptions. NoBeep does not receive or store users’ payment details.
NoBeep uses Amplitude to collect anonymous usage analytics, such as:
Button taps
Feature usage events
This data is used only to improve app functionality and user experience.
No personal content, browsing history, blocked app lists, or sensitive information is collected or shared.
In the event of an app error or crash, limited technical information such as device type, operating system version, and crash diagnostics may be collected automatically through third-party tools. This data does not include personal user content.
All blocking rules, preferences, and usage configurations are stored locally on the user’s device using on-device storage mechanisms. NoBeep does not maintain remote databases containing user data.
While reasonable measures are taken to protect data, no method of electronic storage is completely secure.
NoBeep does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so appropriate action can be taken.
