Description: Modifications to previously approved plans at front façade of two-story, single-family residential building.

Previous ARC Comments:

11/19/2019 Meeting:

• The second story addition on the left side of the building needs windows to break up the blank wall. If windows are not feasible, blind openings detailed with window casings and fixed shutters would also be acceptable, but windows are the preferred option.

• The new railing should be stylistically neutral, with plain square pickets instead of turned balusters.
