Just as hearing a bell brings attention to the present moment, the chakra scroll is a spiritual tool to direct awareness to the energy body.
The sacred geometry of each chakra can be visualized as a three or four dimensional energy field.

Avaialble scroll paintings are updated here regularly.

The hemp canvas and vibrant colors, and sacred forms balance energy and grounding; they are attractive and stable. The scrolls are lifetime paintings, in that they are hand painted on a sustainable and durable hemp, small to travel with, and a tool for spiritual practice.
These paintings are a mindfulness tool. The vibrant colors and sacred geometry attracts the attention, and then directs the awareness to the body, to check in with each chakra. Breathing in, allowing the breath and attention to pass through each chakra, opening the energy centers with breath, checking in and allowing the posture to become more open and naturally upright, bringing the attention to the higher purpose of each chakras alignment.
