Welcome! I am a Postdoctoral Fellow with the Institute for Freedom and Community at St Olaf College. I am on the 2025-26 job market.
I am an applied microeconomist who researches questions related to public economics, urban economics, and political economy. My current research focuses the impact of the Shelby County v. Holder ruling on government finance and public policy. I broadly study the relationship between the US political and economic system, both in the contemporary and historical contexts.
