Description: Review of updated entablature design details at previously approved new construction of a 2,850 SF two-story, single-family residential building.

Previous ARC Recommendations:

11/16/2021: The ARC voted to recommend conceptual approval with the details to be worked out at the Staff level. The ARC agreed the proposed pilaster window appears flush with the building wall and should be a more prominent detail on the elevation and recommended increasing the depth of the pop-out to a minimum of 1’-0”. The applicant should also provide a strategy for the building’s proposed foundation skirting since this is a highly-visible corner location.
